Don’t forget that we can make customize orders which means that if you have a particular request for a measure, you just need to fill in the form you find on every product page.
I’d like to have something that is sold out, help!
New items can be sold out quickly, but we can get more soon! For example, if you like a model that is out of stock, let us know: sometimes it is possible to have it with a different textile And don’t forget that we care about customers proposals when we design a new collection!
Can I be a Rosaspina reseller?
We’re an online shop, so we generally don’t have resellers for our main collection. However, if you like our style, we can collaborate together to made [to make] an exclusive one. Check our COLLABORATIONS page to learn more.

I just placed my order. Can I add another?
Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item and contact us. If still in time, we’ll be glad to ship the orders together without extra costs.
Where is my order confirmation?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation to the email address you entered on your order.
I received a Rosaspina gift card. How can I use it?
1. During check-out, click the “Coupon” button.
2. Enter your Coupon PIN code.
3. If the code is valid, the gift card amount will be deducted from your total amount.
