RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Refunds are not allowed. If you would like to return your item(s) please send an email to orders@rosa-spina.com pointing out what you’d like to return and the reason why. You will receive an online store credit or an item exchange, depending on your request. We only accept returns within 7 days after the receiving of the product. The purchase price is the amount you paid for the product and does not include any delivery costs.
Returns must be in original condition, including the original invoice.
For the exchange, you will have to pay the shipping fee to send the products back.
